Sa mission est de sauver des vies en éliminant la faim par la prévention, la détection et le traitement de la sous-nutrition, en particulier pendant et après les situations d’urgence liées aux conflits et aux catastrophes naturelles. Action contre la Faim coordonne ses programmes autour de 5 domaines d’activités : Nutrition et Santé – Santé Mentale, Pratiques de Soins, Genre et Protection – Sécurité Alimentaire et Moyens d’Existence – Eau, Assainissement et Hygiène – Plaidoyer.

VOTRE POSTE ET VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

Under the supervision the head of department Finance and HR, you will give support to the finance department in few activities. More precisely, you will be in charge of:
– Pre audit from January to December 2021 on all financial documentation available at mission level. In order to estimate the financial risk linked to lack of documentation
– Technical training for the finance team of Pemba and Mueda about ACF processes et tools
– Support on designing Financial Reports and Templates/ Support on implementing Treasury Request process
– Support on the registration process
– Support during leaves and WFH of the Finance HoD in March 2022 if necessary

VOTRE PROFIL

You hold a relevant degree in Finance MBA/ACCA or other chartered Accountant Diplomas. You have at least at least 2 years of professional experience in in a similar role within an NGO with a strong experience with donors rules including flexibility rules, experienced HoD with ACF-France is a strong asset.
You are recognize for your professionalism, honesty, reliability, autonomy, sense of responsibility.
You’re fluent in English (written and spoken) and either Portuguese or Spanish .

VOS CONDITIONS D’EMPLOI

– 2 months fixed term contract under French legislation
– Monthly gross salary from 2010 to 2335EUR upon experience
– Monthly per diem and living allowance: 503EUR net, field paid
– Monthly country allowance: 150EUR
– 16% of the gross monthly salary for pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens
– Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
– Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (CFE + complementary health) and repatriation insurance
– Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year and 215 EUR at each RnR period
