The Czech Development Agency (CzechAid) announces tender procedure for a Small-Scale Public Contract for services “Consultancy Services in Integrated Landscape Management for the SLIM Project – 2nd Call“.
The subject of the public procurement is to contract a consultant in integrated landscape management (ILM) to provide high-level technical assistance in integrated landscape planning, natural resources management, and landscape restoration in Zambia under the SLIM project.
The assignment is planned for the period April 2026 – 30 September 2027. Based on the local working calendar, excluding weekends and officially recognised public holidays, this period corresponds to 365 potential working days.
Out of these 365 potential working days, the consultant shall provide services for a maximum of 325 billable working days (8 hours per day, full-time on-site presence). The remaining 40 days shall be treated as non-billable days, meaning that no services are provided and no daily fee may be invoiced. Non-billable days shall be taken with prior coordination to ensure continuity of SLIM activities. The key deliverables and ongoing activities under the assignment, including their descriptions and the estimated allocation of working days, are contained in Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contract.
The estimated value of the public contract is CZK 2 827 620,-/138.000 USD excluding VAT.

Tenders must be submitted in a written form by the deadline for the submission of tenders in electronic form by e-mail at the Contracting Authority’s e-mail address: [email protected]. The time deadline is set to March 23rd, 2026, until 11:00 (CET).

Any requests for explanation of the Tender Documentation are accepted by the Contracting Authority within 5 working days (in the Czech Republic) before the expiry of the submission deadline. The requests have to be delivered in English language and in a written form to the e-mail address [email protected]. The response shall be sent to all the tenderers within 2 working days (in the Czech Republic) from the receipt of the request for explanation.
