Procurement/Supply Chain Intern (1position in Yaoundé)

Learning Objectives: good mastery of the procurement process in the acquisition of goods and services

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Read to understand the Procurement Manual
  • Assist in Carryout diligence visits to vendors
  • Draft request for quotations
  • Take part in bid analysis committees.
  • Printing of Purchase orders and transmission for signature
  • Verification of purchase documents and ensure they are complete before transmission to administration while ensuring the person receiving signs
  • File procurement documents
  • Participate to Perform supplier due diligence
  • update the price catalog for goods and services
  • Master what is required in the preparation of a purchase order
  • Request for quotations from vendors

Qualifications and Experience: Holder of diploma or degree in logistics and transport, or master’s in supply chain management

Languages: French, English
