  1. OPPORTUNITY

           Dans le cadre de ce recrutement, le candidat sera appelé Soutenir le renforcement de façon continue des capacités des parties prenantes y compris les ONGs par la formation, le mentorat, l’apprentissage entre pairs et les conseils ;Soutenir l’actualisation périodique de l’analyse situationnelle (analyse du marché de l’emploi et l’analyse sociale et sociétale) en lien avec le sous-projet autonomisation économique ;Accompagner les parties prenantes dans la recherche des stratégies innovantes et adaptées en matière d’autonomisation économique des jeunes filles et femmes ;Contribuer à l’assurance qualité des documents élaborés dans le cadre du sous-projet,Soutenir le renforcement de la synergie avec les autres interventions communautaires du projet pour créer un environnement propice à l’autonomisation économique effective des jeunes filles et femmes ;Faire la cartographie des acteurs du secteurs privés (société, entreprises/employeurs potentiels) et soutenir l’engagement avec ces derniers en vue de l’accroissement des opportunités économiques en faveur des jeunes filles et femmes participantes/bénéficiaires ;Analyser régulièrement les goulots d’étranglement et proposer des solutions pertinentes pour la résolution des problèmes identifiés.

  •  Spécialiste en formation professionnelle, entrepreneuriat, sciences sociales…;
  • Être titulaire d’une Maitrise/ Master dans le domaine de sollicitation déjà énoncé ci-haut ;
  • Solides compétences dans les domaines de l’autonomisation économique des femmes et
  • des jeunes, de la formation professionnelle et de l’entrepreneuriat des jeunes
  • Bonne connaissance de l’inclusion financière
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour le travail d’équipe, la collaboration, la facilitation et le réseautage
  • Compétences analytiques, de réflexion stratégique, de recherche et de négociation
  • Capacité à établir des relations efficaces pour influencer
  • Excellentes capacités d’organisation et de priorisation
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale.
  • Pensée créative et compétences en résolution de problèmes
  • Compétences informatiques éprouvées : Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Capacité à établir des priorités et à effectuer plusieurs tâches dans le cadre de délais concurrents, parfois avec des ressources limitées
  • Compétent dans les approches participatives qui sont utilisées à bon escient pour cartographier les normes sociales, les schémas de violence et identifier les risques et les mesures d’atténuation dans le cadre de leurs interventions.

Plan International is an international organisation or development which works in 51 countries across Africa, the Americas, and Asia to promote the safeguarding of children.It is a nonprofit organisation and is one of the world's largest organisations based on children, it works in 58,000 communities with the help of volunteers to improve how 56 million children live. The charity also has 21 national organisations who have been given the responsibility to oversee the raising of funds and awareness in their individual countries.

The organisation puts an emphasis on communities working together in order to address the needs of children around the world. The NGO focuses on child participation, education, economic security, emergencies, health, protection, sexual health (including HIV), and water and sanitation. It provides training in disaster preparedness, response and recovery, and has worked on relief efforts in countries including Haiti, Colombia and Japan.

Plan International also sponsors the Because I Am a Girl campaign, which has published many stories focusing on the struggle of young women in the developing world.

Plan International was founded during the Spanish Civil War by British journalist John Langdon-Davies and aid worker Eric Muggeridge. When they witnessed the conflict change the lives of children, they founded ‘Foster Parents Plan for Children in Spain’, which would later change its name to Plan International. Set up in 1937, the organisation provided food, shelter and clothing to children whose lives had been destroyed by the war.
